In early 2010, Sophie Schick took over the management of the hotel from her father, Edmund Hauser. A lot has changed since then: numerous events have taken place on our roof terrace, turning our hotel into a new hot spot for the city’s in-crowd, our new gourmet breakfast buffet features predominantly locally-sourced organic products, and the hotel has been given a completely new, modern look.
